Permanent Makeup

HYBRID BROWS

Hybrid brows are a semi-permanent tattoo which is a combination of Microblading (manual hair strokes) and Micropigmentation (machine shading) to create a multidimensional looking brow. This technique creates very fine lines or strokes to replicate the look of real brow hairs in combination with soft dusting of machine shading to give density and color between the strokes. This is considered to be the most natural looking brow technique. Hybrid brows are great on all skin types! Clients with excessive oily skin will heal to have a soft powder like stokes. Clients with dry flaky skin will heal with more crisp and defined results.

POWDER/OMBRE BROWS

Powder/ombre brows is a semi-permanent eyebrow tattoo using a digital machine, giving you that “filled in” look. Full shaded brows can range from a soft powdery look to a more dense and bold look. Shading is better suited for those who have oilier skin or who like the look of brow makeup, but don’t want to fill them in every day.

COMBO BROWS

Combo brows is a combination of microblading and powder ombre shading. The combo brow procedure is different from blade and shade, as it is a full shaded brow (using a machine) with microbladed hair strokes only at the front part of the brow. Combo brows suit clients who prefer the filled in makeup look, who have dense and uneven eyebrows, and who still want the natural look of some hairlike strokes at the front of their brows. This works for clients who don’t have an oily t-zone as microblading strokes can heal less crisp on oilier skin.

LIP BLUSH

Lip Blush is a semi-permanent lip tattoo that enhances the lip by giving them a more defined shape and youthful tint. The end result looks a lot like the work of a sheer lip stain and helps define your lip shape for years. Think: natural-looking lipstick 24/7, but without the mess.

EYELASH ENHANCEMENT/ LINER

Eyelash enhancement – a technique that involves tattooing a light line of black ink along the lash line. Also known as invisible eyeliner, the process creates the illusion of darker, fuller lashes. This service is great for people who don’t want to appear too made up; and/or unable to apply eyeliner. A lash enhancement tattoo is flattering on all skin pigments and eye colors.

WHAT TO EXPECT?

As with any PMU procedure, some clients may require additional appointments to achieve their desired look. Please do not expect your tattoos to heal perfectly after the first session. Be patient during your 10-day healing period and ensure you are following the post-appointment requirements.

It is important to understand the 10-day healing process is just that, a process. Your tattoo will change in appearance from day to day. It will first appear very saturated (and you may even think too dark; this stage lasts up to two weeks), then it will likely scab, then you will feel like it has faded, then it will heal into a wonderful color.

Do not pick your tattoo, let any dryness and/or scabbing fall off naturally. If flakes are picked prematurely missing pigment will result and cause patchiness which can lead to scarring. Your tattoo will take up to four (4) weeks to completely heal. When the flaking comes off the color may seem faint this is because a fresh layer of skin has healed over the tattoo. Give it a few weeks and the color will become clearer. Color will continue to change on a daily basis until all healing is complete at the 4-week mark. You may experience itchiness in the area after the 10 days for up to 2 months due to the healing process of the dermal layer.  In addition, clients who bleed more tend to require additional touch ups since the blood pushes pigment out during the PMU service.
